Guitar Purchase Policy
Rosewood Productions will gladly send a guitar anywhere in the U.S. on a 48-hour approval basis by UPS, DHL or FedEx with the instrument pre-paid by cashier's check, money order or via Paypal. If a guitar is returned, all freight and insurance charges (including extra costs beyond the flat rate listed below) are to be paid by the customer.  In addition, a packing and handling fee of $50.00 will be charged for each guitar returned. Once a returned guitar is inspected and found to be in the same condition as when initially shipped, a full refund less the above charges will be issued. Otherwise, an additional deduction may apply if repairs or refinishing is required. Shipping/Insurance

Flat rate of $40.00 will be charged when shipping a guitar within Hawaii. Elsewhere in the USA, shipping/insurance charge will be a flat rate of $75.00. Outside of the USA, buyer will pay actual cost. Additional Methods of Payment
